All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once your order is processed, it’s handed over to our shipping partners.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can stalk your package responsibly.

Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen delays (weather, customs, carrier issues) can occur. DoggyLabs is not responsible for delays once the package is with the carrier, but we’ll help you track it down.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. DoggyLabs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
