Here's what 30 years of parasite research is telling us β and what most clinics haven't caught up to yet.

Put simply: the parasites your dog most likely has aren't the ones your vet is testing for.
They're hiding at the wrong life stage.
They're wrapped in a biofilm your dog's immune system can't get through. And they're breaking through the gut wall in slow motion β letting bacteria and undigested food pass into the bloodstream β where the immune system reads them as invaders.
That's what causes the flare-ups. And that's why they come back every 2 to 3 weeks.
Because every 18 days, a new batch of parasite eggs hatches.
That's the egg-hatch cycle for most common gut parasites.
That's why every dewormer buys you two and a half weeks of relief before the next flare hits.
You aren't imagining the pattern. It's built into the biology.
And here is what Jennifer finally understood when I showed her Tyler's PCR results.
The reason the food switches never held wasn't that she kept picking the wrong protein. It was that the gut wall had holes in it β and no matter what food went in, partially digested protein was leaking into his bloodstream and triggering an immune response.
She wasn't chasing the wrong food. She was chasing a shadow.
The real problem β the biofilm-shielded parasites eating holes in his gut β had been there from the beginning. Hidden from every test. Untouched by every treatment.

There is no region of the country where the majority of dog parks are clear.
Every Saturday morning walk. Every trail visit. Every sniff of shared grass. Every drink from a communal water bowl.
Your dog has been there. The parasite has been there too.
And the fecal test your vet ran afterward missed most of it β because the parasites weren't floating free in the stool where the test looks. They were behind the shield. On the gut wall. Invisible.
